Let’s keep it real—so many of us weren’t taught how to love the right way. Especially in the Black community, love wasn’t always something our parents sat us down and taught us. Some of us were fortunate and saw healthy love modeled, but for most of us, we had to figure it out on our own—and trust me, it wasn’t always easy. Love shouldn’t be something we have to guess at, yet that’s exactly what it often feels like. We go to school for everything else—our minds, our bodies, our spirits—but where’s the school for our hearts?
After going through a tough emotional experience that almost broke me, I realized there had to be a better way to love, be loved, heal from hurt and express emotions with fearlessness. That’s when I shared my vision with my family—and Attachment University was born. Established 2022 from a heart of love!
I get it. You see, I went to an HBCU, and it is a different world...fa real.
It was there that I truly felt the power of community. We weren’t just students—we were family. We supported one another, took pride in our individuality, and grew into the people we were meant to be. I wanted that same vibe at Attachment University.
This isn’t just a program; this is a place where you’ll experience fun, family, and deep love while learning how to show up as the most emotionally confident version of yourself - regardless of the environment.
That's why the AU motto is...It's all about you. Because you are my focus.
As women, we’ve got an amazing capacity to love, but too often we give, give, give and never learn how to fill ourselves back up. We overextend ourselves, sometimes get little in return, and then wonder why things feel unbalanced. We may even feel like we’re the problem when relationships don’t turn out how we hoped.
But here’s the truth—love isn’t just about giving, it’s about knowing how to receive, too. And at Attachment University, we’re teaching you how to do both. When you learn how to love with security, confidence, and balance, everything changes in your relationships and in your life.
Love isn’t serendipitous—it’s learned, and I'm here to teach you how.
It’s time to stop accepting less than what you deserve and start experiencing better. Healing begins here—with learning to regulate your emotions and express yourself in a way that’s both authentic and safe.
I'm here to help you learn how to communicate honestly, set boundaries, and embrace your worth without fear. As Black women, we deserve to be seen, heard, valued, and respected.
As leaders, we have the power to show up for others in a way that makes them feel the validated and it helps them thrive under our tutelage. It’s time to be the kind of leader that people want to follow—not just because of your title, but because you make them feel seen, heard and valued. Imagine leading a workplace like Oprah’s or Google—where everyone is thriving because of the culture you’ve built. A space that’s welcoming, productive, and a place people don’t want to leave because it feels like home. And that starts with you. It all begins with mastering your emotions and you showing up as the kind of leader who makes that culture possible.
At Attachment University, we give you the tools to create the life, love, and leadership you’ve always wanted. It’s time to step into your power. I'm with you! Are you ready to join me into this next season of your life where you experience successful, happy and fulfilling relationships?
