I’m Dr. Saudia, the Dean of Emotional Education and founder of Attachment University — the HBCU for the Heart where we teach women and couples to master connection by first mastering emotions within themselves. Our motto: At AU, it’s all about YOU.
With over a fifteen years of counseling experience under her belt, Dr. Saudia has guided numerous couples through moments of love and heartbreak. Now, she's taking her expertise to new heights! As an attachment-based specialist, she helps clients overcome emotional barriers to strengthen connections personally, professionally and in their relationships.

MiChele is the Chief Excellence Officer at AU! She oversees AU operations, standards, and culture, ensuring AU delivers the highest-quality programs, events, and experiences for students and staff. With over 20 years of experience, she's a pro at making things happen. As a wedding planner with over 35 years of love-filled events under her belt, she knows a thing or two about love, couples and what makes them happy.
She's also a published author, graphics guru, editing ace, production phenom, and a mom of three with a grandchild to boot! She's the perfect person to help Dr. Saudia bring her vision of Attachment University to life.
